Stock plastic reinstalled. Working on the first problem. The chain adjuster bolts were frozen.
Chain adjuster bolts on the KTM were stuck. I used this stuff to get them out.
Problem No. 2: This is the oil check bolts. The slivers of metal are actually threads from the bolt hole in the engine case.

The odometer had never been used. I bolted it on for the first time since the bike was new.
First ride. I was solo that day, but Franz absorbed a decent first flogging without complaint.

Problem No. 3: I discovered this hole in the back of the right radiator after I noticed some coolant leaking. The thermostat was chaffing and rubbed this hole out.
It's not pretty, but it has held up very well so far with absolutely no leakage.
